By accessing or using Park Circle Resources (“the Site”) at resources.theparkcircle.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Park Circle Resources is a community resource directory for the English-speaking community in Israel. The Site allows businesses, individuals, and organizations to submit listings for review, and allows visitors to browse and search those listings.

The Site is a companion to theparkcircle.com and is operated by the same team.

By submitting a listing, you confirm that:

• The information provided is accurate and up to date to the best of your knowledge.
• You have the right to share any photos, descriptions, and contact details included in the submission.
• The listing represents a legitimate business, service, or resource that is legal and appropriate for the community.
• You are authorised to submit on behalf of the business or individual listed.

All submissions are reviewed before publication. We reserve the right to accept, reject, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion without notice.

Park Circle Resources acts as a directory only. We do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or reliability of any listing, business, or service listed on the Site.

Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging with any listed business or service. We recommend checking references, reading reviews, and verifying certifications independently.

You may not submit listings or content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent
• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others
• Contains spam, unsolicited advertising, or irrelevant content
• Is offensive, defamatory, or harmful to the community
• Promotes illegal goods or services

Some listings on the Site are marked as “Sponsored” or “Featured”. These are paid placements. Sponsored status does not imply endorsement by Park Circle Resources.

Sponsored listings are subject to the same content guidelines as all other listings.

The design, branding, and original content of the Site are the property of Park Circle Resources and may not be reproduced without permission.

By submitting photos or written content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content on the Site in connection with your listing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Park Circle Resources is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any listing, review, or information found on the Site.

We are not responsible for any transactions, agreements, or disputes between users and listed businesses.

We reserve the right to remove any listing at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms, inaccurate information, or complaints from the community.

If you would like to request removal or editing of your listing, please contact us.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Israel.
