I am Body Ready Method (BRM) certified as well as a Body Ready Birth (BRB) Certified Instructor, and trained by Midwife Hila Shamua in her Miyaledet Ivriyah method. I specialize in private birthing classes with exercises that are specific to you and your lifestyle. My doula package includes 2 meetings prior to birth including reflexology, massage and cranio-sacral therapy.
